Hello!
My name is Jess Frankel and I come from Toronto, Canada. I first came to Japan 26 years ago and I have lived almost everywhere in Japan. My preference is the Kansai area, and I now make my home in Takatsuki City, Osaka. After my marriage to my wife Akiko, we settled in Takatsuki and are busy raising our two sons, Kai and Ray. Kai is now 15 years old and Ray is 11 years of age. We look forward to a long and happy time with our children in Takatsuki, serving the community and working for its betterment.
