Welcome to THE ENGLISH CIRCLE. My name is Jess Frankel, and I came from Canada to Japan 16 years ago. After working for a number of other conversation schools, I started THE ENGLISH CIRCLE in October, 2004. My aim was to focus on the needs of the students. To that end, I have focused on teaching small group classes, so that students would have more speaking time, as well as private classes, so that special, individual needs would be met. My job is to help YOU, the student, achieve your goals. Please come by, and give THE ENGLISH CIRCLE a try!
